Through an extensive literature review and multiple case study analyses, Surveys and the study identifies key digital technologies – including IoT, AI, and blockchain – that significantly enhance supply chain operations. The research illustrates how these technologies foster cost efficiency, transparency, and agility, drawing on empirical evidence from leading firms like Zara, PepsiCo, Ford, and Samsung.
The findings offer insights into the strategic considerations and challenges associated with digital technology adoption, providing a roadmap for effectively leveraging digital advancements to improve supply chain competitiveness and resilience.
